    July has been a month of stalling and resetting, working on form, and a pulled muscle. I think I'm going to have to accept that this is going to be a slower process for me than some.

    Squat down from 52.5 kg to 51 kg, because I've been working on form
    Bench press up from 24 kg to 35kg
    Overhead press up slightly from 18kg to 20kg
    Deadlifts up from 60kg to 70kg
    Power snatch up from nothing to 22.5kg
    Power clean - I'm working on it
    Pull-ups - negative chin-ups are a fraction of a second slower than falling straight to the ground!

    I made good progress on squats finally, but I've certainly been inching along on everything else. Working on perfecting form is a worthy goal in itself and a good reason to take a step back. Although It looks like you made some serious progress on DL's!

    DL 167 (tough...I'll stay here at least once more).

    Looking forward to August. I'm hoping to hit 135 fairly quickly so I can start using the 45's.

    Ended July with 100 lbs on Squats! STOKED!

    Well I was hoping to get three days of lifting in this week, but just couldnt work it out. Anyway i did get to it today:

    squats 150 5x5
    OHP 55 5x5 I was due to go up to 60, but just wasnt feeling it, but next time I def. willl
    Deads 140 1x5
