Record breaking heat

Looks like I will have to get up early on Tuesday to do my long run. The heat has been horrible. I went to the Gym Friday and Saturday and got on the Treadmill, hate the treadmill except for speed work. How is everyone else dealing with the heat.

    I've been sulking inside.

    Actually, i've been going on morning runs. I don't like it, but it beats a run when it's 105 deg F. Bleh.
