Hi all! My name is Christy and I'm a class manager in Acworth, GA. I work in a school and am off for the summer for a few more weeks. I love being free to work out as much as I want! We've been enjoying frozen washclothes in our 106 degree weather!

    Hi Christy. We've been pretty steaming hot here in Dallas, TX as well. My mom lives in Colorado and is even complaining about the heat (but then they live about 40 miles from where all the fires are). She told me about freezing washcloths for Jazzercise. My girlfriend and I tried it but they were so stiff we could only pat ourselves with them. Still felt wonderful though.
