Hey all,
Just found the Team UK group - yay
I'm based in Bath: looking to lose a total of around 2 stone through healthy veggie diet and lots of exercise. I run, do circuits, power plate, spinning, pole fit and skating. Love it all. Just starting out with some Intermittent Fasting (16 hours, twice a week.)
I'd love a few more MFP friends, so if you're looking for someone super supportive, with an open diary, who's committed to logging every day no matter what, I'd love to hear from you!
