Yesterday: 7/1
Goal:at least 8 servings of water. cleaning. Push ups.
Did you meet it?:yes
How many servings of H2O did you drink?:9
Did you exercise?:I cleaned the back deck with a bleach water stuff and then after 15 minutes sprayed it off. (I'll have to repeat, lots of algae...) :grumble: I also started doing this workout I found on Pinterest. 1,000 calorie workout. 7 sets of jumping jacks, crunches, squats, and pushups. :happy: I'll be doing this WO if nothing else this month.
How are you feeling:Good. I am ready to start the day. If only things were looking more up for me at work.
Goal for today: Water, run the dog tonight, laundry/fold
Plan to help yourself succeed: 2 servings before every meal and try to stay on track. (it's easy to do the WO I found on pinterest while watching one of my TV shows.0 -
I weigh in on Saturdays for my weekly check in. I lost 3.1 lbs last week. :bigsmile: YAY!!!0

Goal:Water, run the dog tonight, laundry/fold
Did you meet it?:yes and no
How many servings of H2O did you drink?:7
Did you exercise?:Sorta. I got home and was going to go for a run and then heard my neighbor weed waking. Knowing I BADLY needed to do the same. I spend an hour and half (maybe 2 hrs) week waking, fighting off all the bugs and then raking it all into the trash bin. I was working up quite the sweat so I logged it. I also vacuumed last night which was much needed. That counts right?!
How are you feeling:Good. I was able to check a few things off of my to do list and I was able to talk to the BF last night.But man I miss him so much. :sad: The cat is starting to act really odd now as well. You can tell he'll have some s'plaining to do once he's back home.
Goal for today: Water, swim, watch calories with the firework BBQ at my parents tonight.
Plan to help yourself succeed: 2 servings before every meal :drinker: swim after work and do that 1,000 calorie WO I found on pinterest. It is a good one and will be great to do tonight before going over for the BBQ and fireworks.0 -

Did you exercise?:Kind of. I did some gardening. Which I guess counts.
How are you feeling:I am kind of disappointed in myself. I wanted to go for a hike yesterday and then I didn't because (due to the lack of sleep I've been getting) I needed to sleep in.
Goal for today: Lots of water, stay away from lots of chocolate, run after work with dog.
Plan to help yourself succeed: 2 servings before every meal. Was just asked if I wanted something from the store by a coworker, asked for raspberries instead of a candy bar (slightly peeved :grumble: ... was wanting some chocolate badly, but I did not give in). Run right after work, rain or shine.0 -

Goal:Lots of water, stay away from lots of chocolate, run after work with dog.
Did you meet it?:yes, minus the water... need to drink more. :drinker:

Did you exercise?Yes, I went for a quick walk (run with a friend, marked it as fast walking because that's what we mostly did as friend's hips hurt to run). Did not take dog however as my mother dognapped her and took her to the beach with my dog's sister. They were there for 5 hours!
How are you feeling:I'm feeling alright, VERY VERY glad it is Friday and I will be able to do some stuff that REALLY needs to get done ASAP!
Goal for today: Swim, employment application, clean, yoga?
Plan to help yourself succeed: Have to check out the pool schedule but I will either swim downtown right after work or I will go out to the valley and swim after work then. :bigsmile: I have my swim gear packed today as I was able to get my two swim suits back from the pool after I accidentally left them behind on the 3rd. Thank goodness they were closed on the 4th or they would for sure be gone!
Other notes: Locked my keys in the car last night JUST as my friend and I had left for our run from her house. Ended up having to wait for a half hour after our run for my father to come bail me out. :frown: Got home and was planning on making a very good dinner with some left overs. But I realized I did not really have much in terms of veggies. So i was bad and had some cheese-its and cereal for dinner.
Going to have to go to the store tonight and get some good stuff to refuel this weekend.0
