exercise vs rain

I'm new to exercising and I am having a difficult time trying to build up my stamina. We live in Oregon, out in the woods, its hard to get out and jog or walk when it rains all the time! I have a great place to jog and walk, but I still hace to be careful as we have bears and cougars. I need som advice on jow to get my burn without having to do it all outside and with no equipment. I also need motivation and to be held accountable.

    Do you have access to an indoor gym? That sounds like a good choice for where you are. As far as accountable, logging into MFP daily and logging your exercise is a great way to keep yourself accountable.
    I workout to Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred in the evenings after I put my kids to bed, so workout DVDs may be a good option for you too.
