How much have you lost

Okay so i think that like many people i have a real problem visualising my weight loss. So when i ran into this on the boards some time ago, i was amazed because it reallly puts into perspective what you've lost.

1 pound: A guinea pig
1.5 A dozen Krispy cream doughnuts
2 a rack of baby back ribs
3 an average human brain
4 an ostrich egg
5 a chihuahua
6 a human's skin
7.5 the average new born baby
8 a human head
10 the amount of chemical additives the average american eats every year
11 average housecat
12 a bald eagle
15 120 large chicken eggs
16 a sperm whale's brain
20 a car tire
23 amount of pizza the average american eats every year
24 a 3 gallon tub of ice cream
25 the average 2 year old
30 the amount of cheese the average american eats every year
33 a cinder/breeze block
36 a mid size microwave
40 an average human leg or 5 gallons of water
44 an elephants heart
50 a small bale of hay (a square bale)
55 a 5000 BTU air conditioner
60 an elephants penis
66 the fats and oils the average american eats every year
70 an irish setter
77 a gold brick
80 the worlds largest ball of tape
90 a newborn calf
100 a 2 month old horse

I hope that you enjoyed that!
