I started maintenance a couple of weeks ago and would like to add some friends who are either in maintenance or about to reach their goal, I have some friends who are encouraging and motivational but most of them are trying to lose weight.

I would appreciate like minded friends UK based who we can mutually encourage each other to keep maintaining.

    bit disappointed in the lack of interest from the UK..I am sure our friends from across the pond will give me support!
