Day two I done 8 miles walking and running.

Day 3
I walked my 2 miles to and from work today with a 1 mile lunch stretch. Nice and humid today and smokey from Black Hills fire(s).
Walked 5 miles total.
Great work you guys getting out and walking/jogging. Keep it up.0 -
Day 2 Walked 1.25 miles.
Day 3 walked 1.2miles and sprinted/walked .8 miles.
Totals day 3 2miles.0 -
Day 3: Finally went on my first run. Three miles. Mostly running. I'm gonna give it a nice rounded good guess of 2 miles running, 1 mile walking. But I did up and over a BIG hill and it's hit out, so it was a great workout.
I also walked 1.25 at work on an afternoon walk with a coworker.
This week I still have 5 more miles of running, 2 more miles of walking, and a bike ride before Saturday night. I gotta get out more!!!0 -

Day 2 or 3 I haven't run or excersised in anyway so already failed my run everyday for 7 days.
I can still pick it up though and get some miles in before next week and I can definitely still do the 31miles challenge.
Just lost all motivation and drive and been feeling really low recently.
So sorry for letting the side down team.
HOWEVER great going to everyone who has been out there getting their miles in. Well done to you all you are all fantastic!0 -
July 3... I was able to get in another 4 mile walk with a little jogging mixed in. I did it in a personal best so far of 63 minutes. This month is off to a good start. 12 miles down, only 88 to go :-)0
