I am wondering if anyone has any advise on my grip.

I am currently lifting 130 lbs and am having difficulty with my grip on my last set. My hands are really sweaty and feels like the bar is going to slip right out of my hand by the last set. I have started using gloves but am still finding the grip to be difficult because of sweaty hands.

Any advise would be appreciated :flowerforyou:

    You can wipe your hands off in between reps, you don't need to do the next rep immediately after the prior one. otherwise you might find its time to switch to a mixed grip for your work weight -- so do your warmups wiht the overhand grip and then mixed grip for your last set.

    Ive found ixed grip helpful too.

    I also sometimes use this http://www.dryhands.com/

    I use it for pole but its perfect for grip when lifting :)
