Hi Everyone. I started using Leslie's videos years ago and when I need to get myself back in check I bring her out again. I've just ordered my first DVD of hers and am looking forward to its arrival.

I'm 61 and need to lose 20kg overall, but am looking at just losing 5kg initially. I don't like big goals, so I'm aiming for a small one. I've just found that my blood pressure is far too high, so the weight has to go, eating has to get healthy, and fitness needs to improve.

I love the idea of doing the walk aerobics measured in miles so you know how far you've walked.

A support group would be wonderful.
