Thanks everone who participated in the No Scale...I know for some this was challenging but you stuck to it...no matter what you have accomplished a goal...Hope to see you for the next No scale....Have a safe but fun Holiday!

Hi Ladies!
So I did my weigh-in this morning and only lost 1 DANG POUND!!!!! (265.8---> 264.8) UUGGGGHHHH!!! I HATE THE SCALE, IT'S THE DEVIL!!!
However, my body fat percentage went from 47.5% ---> 41.5%. THAT'S MAJOR!!!! My waist went from 39.625" ---> 39" and my thighs went from 30" ---> 29". Overall, on this challenge, I dropped a total of 7.75 inches of my body.
I'm feeling real bittersweet right now. I don't know if I should be jumping for joy or sobbing in a corner...
Anyway, great work ladies! Looking forward to the next challenge...
