Wasn't going to weight in this week, due to the increase I am experiencing from water weight, TOM & I ate tons of sodium last week. But here it goes. I know I didn't gain 3 & 1/2 in one week, so I am hoping it goes back down over the next couple of weeks

I gained 2 pounds and am back at my starting weight. I was house sitting for the past week and ate out for all of my meals. It honestly could have been a lot worse. Back on track today.0 -
