I have decided to do the lower body 3 days a week instead of the normal 2...I am not doing upper body because I am doing CLX, But I feel that my booty needs a little more attention..Today was hard but it wasnt nearly as bad as it was on monday lol. I think that if I do this then level 3 wont be such and evil dirty suprise when its time to start it,

I debated doing the same thing but was wondering if there needs to be a certain amount of time off between them to repair. I'm impressed with how many things you've got going on.0

Thanks, if I dont stay way busy I turn into a sloth....I dont think that more then a day between is needed as I find that although the workout is brutal, I am not sore the next day, so I think that means all is well to do more..Im waiting for my copy of Insanity to get here, thats next on the line up, I need to run more but its harder now that its summer and so hot out, and Now Im gonna be working full time, my days need to be just a little longer I think.0

I feel more sore if I don't get moving again so I see your point. It seems like the only way to keep from getting stiff.
I work full time and have a seven year old which is why most of my workouts start at 5:00 a.m. I know it sounds crazy, but I get to have the entire rest of the day without the feeling that I still need to go run. It's better than coffee.0 -
I hear ya I have boys 10 and 8 so I get up around 6:30 to do my workout before they get up, I just waited and wanted the Zombie, Run for soooooo long that I am starting to feel almost cheated because I have it and still havent been able to use it more the twice. LOL Oh well I guess it isnt going anywhere and it will still be there for me when Im ready0
