Hi all,
I spotted a bargin and thought you may like to know about it! The Kinetik Body Composition Monitor is currently £4.99 on the Co-Op Pharmacy website. It was previously £19.99 and on Amazon the same thing is £19.19.
Mine arrived this morning and at first look it seems pretty good. It even came with batteries!! It calculates BMI, Body Muscle, Fat and Water %. It was really easy to set up and hopefully will be useful when monitoring my progress!
