It's been a year...still not over

Wow I wish I would have found this group a year ago. My daughter is now 13months. I gained over 80lbs with her, as I had done with her brother 6 years earlier. Big difference is I was 23 then. At 30 this has proven much harder. The battle has been tough, but I'm down 60 and got 20 more to go. But just as I am coming down the home stretch I get hit with a ridiculous TOM. I became emotional, irratic, could sleep, etc etc. My hubby did some readying and we've concluded that I'm having a hormonal imbalance. AGAIN. I got really bad when I was breastfeeding and so I stopped. But now out of the blue my body is out of sync. Has anyone else experienced this? Just asking.
P.S. I've started a youtube log about my weightloss journeys. Check out

IMO, your hormones are still getting back to "normal" after being pregnant and breastfeeding so it is natural for you to have "hormonal problems". It doesn't necessarily mean that it is a huge issue, though. If your moods continue to be erratic every month then talk to your doctor. Most people I have talked to have had pretty bad periods for awhile after pregnancy. I know I did.0
