Don't know where to start

Hello everyone, I am new to this site. I have 2 kids and have a little extra weight that I would like to lose. About 20 lbs or so. I am just tired of having the baby belly that i have from having my second kid 7 mths ago. I would like to know if anyone has any sugestions for me as to some exercises that have worked for you and some recipes that I could try. I don't like fish but I know its a healthier way to go. I would like help if anyone could help me. Thanks to all of you

    First figure out your BMR, and never eat below that. Log what you eat on MFP, so you know how many calories you're eating. Don't eat something you don't like because it's "the healthier way to go" Stay away from "elimination diets" results are ALWAYS temporary on those. You need to find something that works for YOU. We're all different. What kind of exercise do you enjoy? I love martial arts style workouts, so I'm currently doing Tapout XT, and I love it.
