hey guys!! changing it up a lil this week only so we can see what our actual weight is the day before the weekend starts. we will weigh again on monday just to see how we did over the weekend! I didnt lose anything BUT my workouts are coming back again and i'm getting more motivated then ever. how did you guys do??

    I gained almost 7 lbs while on vacation at the beach BUT I'm back and pumped up now!

    week 10: 210.6
    week 11: 210.8 +0.2 lbs

    week 13: 212.8 DOWN 4.2 LBS!!!! WHOOO HOOO!!
    GW: 170

    I changed my goal weight from 190 to 170 which means I have to lose more but I'm determined to do it and look like my old profile pic again!!!
