So here we are, 1 week into our 100 day challenge. Most of the days this week told us to make some sort of resolution or plan in what we were going to do or change in order to meet our goal to be succesful in getting more fit / loosing weight. I figured it wouldnt hurt to go back into all the topics i posted in to see if i actually set goals that are reachable, and if i need to adjust what im doing now in order to be as succesful as i want to be. Keeping myself accountable.

Day 1 - now im different
Am i really different?
I said i would change on 3 things, making healthy snack choices, no more excuses for working out, and drinking more fluids. I still make excuses, but not as many as i used to. And like i expected just getting up and doing something does make me feel a lot better afterwards! I could definately improve in the healthy snack department, but im doing really well on getting my fluids in.

Day 2 - interested or committed
I committed myself to drinking 2.5 liters of fluids, some sort of exercise every day (daily commute to work excluded), 10 minutes of vigourous workout and 5000 steps a day

I managed to drink 2.5liters or more very day and im very proud of that. The working out could improve some more, I think i need to sit down and figure out what things i can do whilst being at home. The vigourous workout is a LOT harder then i thought it would be. Also as i didnt exercise extra some days i didnt meet that one at all, but the 5000 steps commitment was kept :)

Day 3 - do it anyway
I told myself to to yoga and go to the shops by foot. The yoga was skipped again >< but the shopping was done

Day 4 - Boundaries, not diets
This week i followed my wider road more then the narrow road. My everyday rules i did follow :d

Day 5 - Write it down
Havent done this yet.

Day 6 - Protect your program
I was alone this weekend. Friday was a particular hard day. I dropped my boyfriend off at the airport, didnt really want to work out (but did it anyway) saw a massive gain on the scales and ended up going for the comfort foods. I guess its something to keep watching out for...

Day 7 - I can do it!
Well i guess writing all this down helps me to see if i can do it, and make sure that i will be able to keep doing it :)

Loving this challenge sofar, lets continue into week 2 :)
