For your information exercise is defined as...
verb (used with object)
7.to put through exercises, or forms of practice or exertion, designed to train, develop, condition, or the like: to exercise a horse.
8.to put (faculties, rights, etc.) into action, practice, or use: to exercise freedom of speech.
9.to use or display in one's action or procedure: to exercise judgment.
10.to make use of (one's privileges, powers, etc.): to exercise one's constitutional rights.
11.to discharge (a function); perform: to exercise the duties of one's office.
basically all we do is exercise. now to burn calories is to do enough movement for a sustained period of time.
I do use cooking and cleaning because i do cook and clean daily and i cook bulk not just a fast meal. my cleaning may seem excessive to some yet they don't live here and see how fast 2 teens destroy a house with out picking up after themselves. I am sure they can and we are working on this issue till then i do a lot of cleaning. I do move my couches and tables beds etc almost daily. i like to clean under not just the middles. i also do chair aerobics for the disabled and i do a lot of walking it may be slow yet due to my weight and age i may burn more than others. we need to not forget that each person is on their own journey and need to encourage not put down or get upset what other people log. if you cook for work or a waitress, etc you will burn and can use it. i lowered my activity level purposely so i could add them. I am trying to see how active i can really be. we really need to support and not judge others if something bothers you ask questions before judging.
