Face shape

I'm half way from reaching my 30 lbs lost goal, and for this goal, I plan to get my hair cut. I know it's going to be a while before I do reach it, but I have been looking at some haircuts that I like, particularly a fringe bang. I was trying to compare the pictures that I found with how it would look on me, but I need help figuring out what shape my face is. I'm pretty sure it's square, but I could use some other opinions.

And here are two of the hair styles I was looking at:

With this one, I wouldn't have my hair in my face like the woman in the picture does

And here is the one that I think I like better and would be better with my hair type:

My hair is really thick and wavy, so I think the second one would work better. However, I'm also a lazy @ss, so I don't want to get up really early in the morning to make sure it looks good. Typically, I just straighten my hair because it's the easiest thing to do with it. I'll also upload a photo of what my hair looks like now.

There it is in all of its glory. Or not so much.
Any advice is welcome!

I love the realness of your photo compared to the staged look of the other two. Your hair is beautiful. While I think you would look great with either haircut, I think consulting with a stylist is in order. Like you, I resist the idea of high-maintenance and a stylist may be able to advise you which cut will require less daily effort.

I'd agree, you are a "square" because you have strong chin. I like both haircuts, and although the 2nd model has a much smaller face than you overall, it's my choice. In your photo your hair looks pretty thick, so you should be able to achieve the thick, textured bangs. The first model looks a closer to your current cut also, so that's why I'd say have a little fun and switch the look up a bit :)
