Personal trainer in Bristol?

Anyone able to recommend me someone?
My main exercise is outdoor/open water swimming, which I do 2-3 times per week and love, so I won't be cutting back on that. So I'm not going to have time for 5 strength sessions, but I definitely need something to boost my performance and encourage fat loss. I'd like someone to teach me a workout tailored to me, and teach me to really make the most of my gym time (realistically, 2x per week). Goals: to lose a stone and swim faster (/ further).

Not in Bristol but I know someone very good in Bath, but not sure if that could work for you distance wise...
Anyway his name is Chris Rogers and he runs a kettlebell bootcamp.

Chris is a great guy and you'd have fun training with him. I knew him when he was a PT in Cardiff before he set up his own business.0 -
