Hello, group! This seems to be a not-so-active group, so please let me know if there is a more active WW group to join, or maybe we could start things going again. :-)
Anyway, I just finished my second week back to Weight Watchers, and am down 2.2 pounds so far. I have NOT been following the plan 100%, so I hope to try to be a more OP WW-er for week three and perHAPS I will lose more than a pound?
Or maybe not. :-) Either way, I'm happy to lose anything at this point.
This time around, I'm not going to rush my weight loss, but rather be happy for any and all losses.

I just started tracking on WW again and am tracking both there and here. Interesting how different foods are considered differently on WW and on MFP. Especially fruits and veggies. I am considering tracking only there for awhile, we'll see.0

Some days I track both places, but usually am only tracking on WW right now.
I hate how WW penalizes some of my "healthier" carb-y foods like oatmeal squares cereal. MFP says that my meal was only 300 calories, but WW has it at 14 points, LOL! It is definately a different way of tracking.0 -
I hate that also with things like cereal as well as with beans. 14 points for a 300 calorie meal sounds awfully high to me. My cup of chickpeas in my lunch today was 7 points, but only 269 calories for a cup. Seems a bit high to me, but oh well. Ate them roasted in the pan with cooking spray and lemon pepper seasoning and had 2 cups of steamed green beans on the side. Made for a good, healthy lunch.
On the other hand, free fruits and veggies is awesome! Love that most veggies and fruit are 0. Makes me feel like eating more of them.0 -
hi!
i wish this group had more activity also.
i don't find many people here use weight watchers, in comparison to calorie counters.
i have a long history of not doing so well with weight loss, long term.
but this time WILL be different.
i WILL see this through.
i WILL reach my goals and i WILL be a fit and healthy person.0 -
Awesome attitude, Ana!0

some days the attitude is all i have.
i won't let myself get defeated.0 -
Hi! I am still fairly new to pointsplus but followed the old plan for around 4 years and lost a lot of weight. This time around it's slow going
I started out at 165 and am down about 2.5 lbs in 3 weeks which is okay progress...I just am hoping it's not water weight!!!

Laura, 2.5 in 3 weeks is a great rate of loss!
Great job, keep up the good work. :-)0 -
Why thank ya Buffy! I lost .2 this week
But it was an incredibly stressful week and I need to go to the market for veggies and fruits...so I have totally slacked off on my healthy guidelines. Soo...I will definitely be going to the market and stocking up! Have a great weekend!

I joined weight watchers on July 10. I weighed in yesterday at -2.2. :-) I was really happy with that.
I think that I am going to use MFP for tracking, and WW's Good Health Guidelines for eating.
Have a sucessful week all!0 -
Welcome, Prettybyrd! 2.2 is a wonderful loss. :-)0
