When you eat do you think how this effects your body? Make it work more effiecently? Be purposefully in your eating...even if it taste good make it worth the while too. Water is good so we can have functional body systems: bowel movements, clear urine and helps replace fluids when we sweat! Foods too! Fiber in our foods say like oatmeal can help sweep our colon and make the BM more less stressful. Don't eat to just fill up the hole in your stomach...know that everything you eat serves a purpose with vitamins and minerals and energy. Yes, some things we eat for fun like cheese curls but know it serves no purpose to your body and how it funtions.

Today be purposeful in how/what you eat! Push forward.

    Now that I think about it before I eat it, it's easier to pass on the fries and soda. I read somewhere that the healthier the food choice the longer you stay full and I have noticed a change.
