Ive tried this all before i do very well then bam i eat out once and gain back 5 pounds.... im really wanting to drop
some pounds for good !.... it seems if i eat any carbs i gain and if i dont work out every day i gain... lets be real i have four kids no way can i work out every day ... does any body have hand tips ?

I have a hard time eating very many carbs and gaining weight too. One thing I heard is that the quick weight gain from simple carbs is fluid retention, that wil go away in a few days with drinking more water. I have found it is best to stay away from excess simple carbs and to plan my food in advance, so I'm not left hungry and grabing some quick carbs.0
