    Goal:finish job application, swimming
    Did you meet it?:yes
    How many servings of H2O did you drink?:6 :drinker:
    Did you exercise?:yes, went swimming for 30 minutes and then walked very slowly around the city museum with my 1yr old cousin and aunt. :smile:

    How are you feeling:good, I'm looking forward to getting off of work. My bff who is visiting is going to go hiking in the rain with me. :bigsmile:
    Goal for today:lots of water, watch your calories. Hike.
    Plan to help yourself succeed:made plans with friend. There is no stopping us! :tongue:

    Any Notes:
    Really needing to have some quite time so I can just clean the house up. At least after working on my job application I was able to empty out the clean dishes from the dishwasher. I want my house to be all nice and clean and organized! :grumble:

    Did you exercise?:yes, went on a hike. Ended up more like a fast walk on one of the lesser intense trails. Still hills and considered a hiking trail. The rain just would NOT let up. I'm hoping for some better weather soon. This is CRAZY!

    How are you feeling:I was so upset last night as someone had stollen my swim bag with 6 suits from my car... :grumble: ... but I think I might have found my backpack. Have to check in with the Police Dept. during my lunch hour to be sure. :happy:

    Plan to help yourself succeed:Water bottle full- check, drink it!- in progress, drink 2 servings prior to every meal. :wink:

    Goal:Epsom soak, rest, fluids (sick)
    Did you meet it?:yes
    How many servings of H2O did you drink?:8
    Did you exercise?:No, I did not feel very well and did not do any activity minus a very slow dog walk down the street.

    How are you feeling:Sick, but I'm hopeful that it's going away. *fingers crossed*
    Goal for today: LOTS of water, keep an eye on calories, maybe try to do an ab workout tonight (depends on how I feel)
    Plan to help yourself succeed:Lots of water/fluid. I checked off all the things I was planning on eating today... might change... we will see... I may only have soup for lunch instead.
    Any Notes: The soak seemed to help yesterday... I don't know how often you should do a soak... trying to see if I can't find more info about it online.
