Las week I gained 2lbs and it was terrible!!! I actually did well with diet and only had 2 days where I didn't count as closely (and drank alcohol on one of the days). I have vacation coming up next week and I am really nervous that I will gain, but I plan to stay very active. I started Shaun T's Insanity workouts so I will bring them with me and maybe get in a few runs on the beach and some rounds of tennis.
Either way, I am very happy with my 8lbs loss overall! I'm so close to the 150s!0 -

Since we are just about at the halfway point and I am not at 15 pounds lost, I believe I am going to change my original goal of 30 pounds. Even if I tried to kick my weight loss up to lose the full 30, it wouldn't be a very healthy weight loss. Soooo, with that said, my new goal for this challenge is to get to 175. That would be another 6.6 to lose. I am seriously thinking about creating a 30lbs in 90days returns group after we finish this one in September. Any takers if I did?0 -
