Hey all you wine lovers, since its summer Sangria has been one of my go-to drinks. Anyone have any good "recipes" to share? Any good combos?

Here's a good and easy one:
1 Bottle of red wine
1 Lemon cut into wedges
1 Orange cut into wedges
1 Lime cut into wedges
2 Tbsp sugar
Splash of orange juice or lemonade
1 Cup of raspberries or strawberries (may use thawed or frozen)
1 Small can of diced pineapples (with juice)
4 Cups ginger ale
Pour wine into a large pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the lemon, orange and lime into the wine. Toss in the fruit wedges and pineapple then add sugar, orange juice. Chill overnight. Add ginger ale, berries and ice just before serving. If you’d like to serve right away, use chilled red wine and serve over lots of ice.0 -
A group of us from work decided to meet at a Spanish restaurant a few weeks ago. We started ordering pitchers of sangria without anyone asking or looking to see how much they were. By the end of our meal, we had gone through 10 pitchers and didn't realize they were $28 a pitcher until the bill came. Good thing we were all feeling happy at that time!0
