i was wondering should i pay more attention to the inches lost or the number of pounds lost? the inches off constantly coming off but the scale is not moving. I do a little more cardio than strength ? so do i need to flip flop and do more strength than cardio? help

they say the best way to prevent a plateau is to not do the same thing all the time. However, you are losing inches, which is the most important thing. Forget the scale for a little while, do your clothes fit better?

However, this says you only joined in June of 2012, so I would say be patient. Plateaus usually don't come for a little while. You could get a scale to watch your body fat percentage drop, if you are addicted to your scale.
