I just joined this group. It seems to be a perfect group for me, according to what I read. I've been looking for something like this. I have 30 + lbs to lose. I've only been on MFP 1 1/2 weeks and only lost 1 lb. I know I can do better. My problem is doing the excersise. Sometimes I get lazy and don't do it like I should. Please share some of your motivations that get you moving, when it comes to excersise? You can friend me too. I'm looking for more friends.
