    I am so glad I could join this group, I need something to strive for and motivate me! Yesterday I did the 30 Day shred workout for the first time and i am *hurting* today LOL. But I am proud of myself for giving it a go, and for staying below my calorie intake for the day! You have to start somewhere, right?

    Yay starting today! Which is a little sucky as I'm going out tonight.. hello vodka and diet tonic haha :l

    My starting weight is 167, so goal is 147.. which is almost my goal weight! YAY!

    And my daily calorie intake goal is around 1200 :)

    No change for me this week, which could seem like a bad start, but I'm actually pleased. I was away at a conference for 4 days with muffins and bacon wrapped snacks and beer at every turn. I'm supriosed I didnt gain to be honest.

    Its a new week thoguh and I'm having my healthy lunch now (salad with shrimp and lite asian dressing) and have a 5k this weekend so hoping for a new drop in the scale next week!
