So far my day has been a 10. Hopefully I will continue with this new habit. Water Arobics is what my body can tolerate. I cannot do land exercise because of bad knees. I work out in deep water so that I have to keep moving or drowned. My food is always under because my workout gives me extra calories. Since I like to eat, I am motivated to do the exercise. I still have a fear of food. I would like it to go away. I still have body image problems that I wish would go away also. So far, these issues associated with eating disorders have not sabatashed me. I am pressing forward just for today, the best way I know how. Good Luck to all of my MFP friends.

So far I am doing great, I'd give myself a 10. I did some P90x this afternoon and made plans to go swimming tonight. It's been probably a month since I last worked out in a gym, and I've only gone running a few times since.

I have been thinking a LOT about losing weight lately, and I get into these cycles where I go full-force for a week or two, then something happens like, I go out of town, or family comes to visit, etc. and I lose pace and have a hard time getting back into it. Well, since March, these cycles have gotten shorter and shorter for me, so I feel like I may finally be at the point where I've finally convinced myself I need to make these choices One Day At A Time. (even if I'm out of town!!)

I joined this group today and I hope I can use it to help me stay in this mind frame to finally kick this weight off once and for all.
    Good day everybody!!

So far for me today is a 10. I did half our of The Biggest Loser workout on the xbox. Bob Harper kicks my *kitten*. Then I did my elliptical for 25 minutes and the stationary bike for 20. Hopefully I will do good on the right choices for food and not go over. I am getting frustrated as I have not lost but 10 pounds since Feb, when I joined. I lost the other 25 last year. But, as our group says, one day at a time. Hopefully Friday when I weigh, there will be a drop. Have a great day everyone!

Welcome and congradulations. We have got to take care of ourselves through thick and thin. It takes 28 days to change a habit one day at a time. I pray I too can stay on track. So far I love this site and the people who have joined the one day at a time group. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
