Hi to all my pcos sis's, I am reading a really great book called " The Savvy Womans Guide to PCOS". You can get it at your local library and if they don't have it they can request it. Lots of great information from a specialist who sees hundreds of women with PCOS in her practice every month. Anyone else read it???

    No I haven't but I read a book called the PCOS Diet or something of the like and I love the diet!
