Okay, so my husband has been with me most of the time i was bulimic and anorexic but now after almost 2 years of recovery, I cant seem to tell him how i am feeling about food. Somedays i want to go back to eating like i used to.
daily eating plan over 2 year ago-
breakfast
strawberries
apple
orange
tea
water
lunch
cup of 0 cal pickles
dinner
(somethings a baked potato)
or same as breakfast.
lots and lots of tea and water
is it normal not to be able to tell him everything?

I posted something similar to this awhile back. I was still dealing with my ED, though never as severe as when I was in middle and high school, when I first started dating my fiance back in college--the difference was, he didn't realize I was.
Now, years later, as I'm back to trying to lose weight for the wedding, I find it almost impossible to convey the emotions I feel about eating and control. So, in answer to your question, I'm pretty sure it's normal not to feel able to talk to him about everything, because most people with an ED have a hard time communicating... that's why we have EDs. We're trying to treat ourselves.0
