I plan on going on my 1-mile afternoon walk at work. No running or bike ride planned though. I am still on track to meet my weekly goal though.

I was only able to do 2 miles today, but I already met my goal for this week.

I done 6.5 miles on Thursday, which was stationary bike, treadmill, walking.0

Day 1 = 0 miles/Day 1 = 5.5 miles
Day 2 = 1.25 miles/Day 2 = 5.5 miles
Day 3 = 1.25 miles/Day 3 = 5.25 miles
Day 4 = 3 miles, so hot outside!/Day 4 = 5 miles
Day 5 = 2 miles/Day 5 = 5 miles
Day 6 = 0 miles/Day 6 = 5 miles
Day 7 = 0 miles/Day 7 = 12 miles, may not do this again; legs were so sore the next day!
Day 8 = 2.2 miles/Day 8 = 5 miles
Day 9 = 0 miles/Day 9 = 0 miles
Day 10 = 3 miles/Day 10 = 5 miles
Day 11 = 1.5 miles/Day 11 = 0 miles
Day 12 = 1 mile/Day 12 = 5 miles
Day 13 = 0 miles/Day 13 = 0 miles0
