Looking for walking partners that live in the Foothill Farms, Antelope, Citrus Heights area for walks approximately 2-3 miles at a slow to moderate pace and build up from there (I am recovering from an injury). Willing to walk almost every night at a play it by ear time depending on when kids get to bed, or hubby home to watch or time work ends. I have one partner now and we coordinate the time/place daily ideally usually without kids or dogs so we are distraction free, however sometimes it is necessary to take them. We also occasionally plan weekend hikes/walks for a variation and to build endurance.
