Day 3 - Vegan

I ave been doing this for 3 days. I noticed this morning that my knee joints felt looser, as if some inflammation/retention of water had been removed.
I do notice that I get hungry, and perhaps I will need to eat a bit more. But, as long as I keep it lean and healthy I think I should be ok.
I am certainly relieved of the financial burden. Buying animal protein is expensive - particularly if you are buying the leanest cuts.
I feel better, more clear headed and calmer.

Congrats!! Stick with it!! The first 3 weeks were hardest for me. If you are hungry you should eat though. You shouldn't feel hungry.0

That's great!
You know before I was vegan I actually rarely bought ground beef because it was so expensive and I'm a poor college student. I often bought those morning star "meat" crumbles because they were cheap, easy to cook, and lasted longer than beef lol.
That's great you're already feeling some great effects of your diet! I noticed my allergies clear right up when I switched.
Try adding in some more snacks in your diet and experimenting with recipes! Tons of free ebooks on cooking vegan on kindle!0 -
Awesome. The benefits of going vegan are endless. Glad to hear it's going well for you so far!0

Hooray!
Keep up the great work, and you should continue to feel better! If you're having trouble staying full, remember there are plenty of high-fat vegan foods that are delicious...add a spoonful of peanut butter to your oatmeal, or some walnuts, that type of thing. Soon enough you'll discover the world of amazing vegan cookbooks and you'll be able to whip up decadent vegan delights...then you'll be faced with having to pull it back. Or maybe that's just me!0
