I need a push, I need some motivation...
I was supposed to get focused this week, I had it all planned out. The eating has been pretty good, until last night and today. Have not started working out and feel really guilty about it. I work a lot and travel constantly, it's a struggle to get anything accomplished. I read message boards and look at results pictures but I still can't get myself going 100%. Ughhh!

You can do it! Make TODAY the day! No waiting until tomorrow, or the next. I started working out 3 days a week, then 4, now I do 5 days. And yes, I would much rather be sitting on my couch eating ice cream lol, but I feel so much better after a workout. Its good you are eating healthy, that's def a start! Just start incorporating exercise little by little and you'll be golden! I am 15 weeks away from my wedding and have lost about 35 lbs and hoping to drop another 20-25. I am here for any support/motivation you need!

Ugh, I've also been having a hard time in the motivation/focus department lately. No fun.

One thing that helps me when I get "stuck" like this is to take healthy decisions one at a time. Like, I can choose to have a healthy lunch. I can choose to turn down the wine (which I didn't last night). I can choose to go for a run (also didn't do that last night... ). If I think of getting healthy as a series of good, small decisions, then it seems less daunting than facing a massive lifestyle overhaul. The little decisions add up!

Definitely the baby steps work! Do 50 sit ups and crunches tonight or 20 minutes of yoga. Maybe walk a mile tomorrow.... or bike for 15 minutes. Exercise doesn't need to be some big to-do or a dedicated 60 minute block or whatever.

Thank you for all of the suggestions and support. Still struggling to get going, I'm going walking with my friend tomorrow night, it's a start. Just got home, gonna go to bed and get up for my 15 minute yoga DVD in the morning. Baby steps!
