Hi. I have read Just the Rules by Tosca Reno and a couple of her other books, plus have one of her cookbooks. Just the Rules is a great way to start off. Really like her recipes too.
  • Is it more for people who don't know much about clean eating? Only as I think I know a fair bit already
  • I've got tosca reno's eat clean diet recharged. It's a lot of reading but is full of great information to help with the eat clean lifestyle!

Tosca Reno's books, Eat Clean Recharged & Eat Clean Just the Rules, are for people who don't know much about eating clean already. That said Recharged has her Cooler plans in it. They are good for having an eating plan laid out for your so you don't have to do much more than fix what is written in the plan. Otherwise, her Eat Clean cook books are good, and so is the Clean & Lean diet. There is also a monthly magazine for clean eating. I don't subscribe to it (yet) but I've seen it in stores. That would be good for a steady flow of new clean recipes.
