Coffee for your sweetie supporting OEF/OND

Hi! I'm new to the group, so I apologize if this has been posted before and am hoping it's ok to post here now.
For those of you whose other half is downrange for OEF / OND and who have access to a computer and Green Beans on base, there's a neat program called "Cup of Joe for a Joe." It does two things. It puts $2 of beverage in the hands of someone you know and it gives you the chance to give $2 in beverage to someone you don't.
Basically, if "Joe" is deployed in support of OEF / OND, he can sign up at the greenbeans.com website to participate in the COJ program. When he does, you, your friends, your family, can then send him what's essentially a $2 gift certificate that he can use at the Green Beans on base. That's it. You send $2, he gets $2 to spend on a cup of whatever he wants. They don't take out any service fees or anything. Coffee. Tea. Iced Chai frappe...
The other thing about this, and this is the REALLY cool part, if you ask me, is that once "Joe" registers, he's eligible to receive $2 from anonymous folks who want to show their support for the troops. Since it's only a $2 commitment, it's easy for strangers to do and goes a lot farther than a magnet on a car, if you ask me. I send a $2 cup out periodically (and sign them from the dog) and frequently get back a thank you email in return.
My husband is an OIF/OEF veteran and can attest to the awesomeness of the COJ program. He received something like 20 "cups" from strangers plus a dozen or so from my family. While we couldn't physically enjoy a cup of tea together, it made me feel good to know that we could still share one, more or less. If you're interested or if you think your other half is interested, here's the link:
