Add Mountain Climbers to your exercise routine today! Do 2 sets of 30 reps!

If you already exercised to day then add this to exercise routine on 3 days of this coming week! Pencil it in! If you are an expert at Mt Climbers add another set.

    Okay I will give it a go. I struggle and absolutely hate mountain climbers. I think this is a mountain I need to conquer.

    Done! This group has really helped me get in my exercise the last couple days. I certainly didn't want to workout, but once I get going, its easier to just do it.

    Okay, I did it. I collapsed afterward but I did do it. I yelled at my daughter for slowing her counting too.

    Ms Lisa you have me cracking up!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even though I put challenge for the day feel free my friends to take any challenge and try it all during the week!
    I hate Mt Climbers too but made myself...ugh!
