Easy Bean Sprouts:

1.Add boiling water to bean sprouts in a pan.
2. Cover and let stand for 2 minutes, then drain.
3.Top with your favorite dressing, soy sauce or seasoning

    nice! I have been eating korean food and losing weight too! I'm a vegetarian so I have been having kimchi chigae with tofu with rice and no oil! for a week and i witness weights going down the scale! u should try it too with these sprouts!
