    First week and I am down 8lbs. I'm a little scared that went to quickly,but I have been exercising almost everyday and wasn't doing much other than work before.I am currently at 185 and I am hoping to be down to 160 by Halloweeen. That really shouldn't be a problem , that's only about 1lb a week.

    Nice job! it can be ind of weird that first surge lost when our bodies first realize that we might actually be asking them to move again. Don't sweat it if a little of that comes back as you settle into a routine,. It will all balance out. Just keep moving toward your goal!

    I just found this challenge and I'd love to join!!! I've re-gained about 20lbs since my wedding in April...and it's time to get back on track!!! This is just the motivation I need! I'm going to aim for a 20lb loss by Halloween:

    GW 160

    I started on Thursday, so a bit late, but I'm in!

    SW - 178lbs
    GW - 165lbs

    I'm in. I don't have plans to dress up but would love to be HAWT by Halloween. Maybe, if I get to my goal I will have to dress up. :)

    Hmm this sounds like a good idea, and kind of got me excited. Is this healthy though? To put a date on weight loss? It's a journey, not a destination. But oh well.....just go with it, right.

    What I did is look at it with a realistic goal. A healthy loss.
