ELABORATE WEDDING TIME

Hi,
I know you are never to set a celebration as a time to lose weight, but I have to be able to wear a dress to a very formal wedding. I need to shed about 25 pounds and have been working on it diligently but always seem to fall off the plan when I am out with friends for family. This time I need to do it for sure. I am walking with my husband 3 miles on the beautiful Oregon Coast 3-5 times per week.

Keep up the walking. I've been trying to not eat so many calories a day, to have some extra at the end of the week for our towns fun days. If you know you're going out with friends on Friday, try to keep some extra calories because you know you are going to go over on Friday. Maybe try to walk a little further before you go out to get some extra ones.0
