Just wanted to let everyone know a few of interesting points.

1. I have found out that brown rice nori roll gives me long lasting high energy.

2. 35 calorie Almond milk is really satisfying

3. Although wheat berries are vegan, I am really tired after eating them - perhaps I have an allergy I was not aware of.

So, though my experience is brief, I would say that cutting out the animal protein, dairy and the wheat has really boosted my energy

AND -- REDUCED MY SENSE OF HUNGER! I am not hungry, hardly every feel hungry. When I feel weak, then I know it is time to eat. I hope this keeps up.

WOW!!!:drinker:

Thank you for posting what you have learned so far. I haven't tried the brown rice nori rolls, but I will when I find them. I haven't tried the wheat berries either but I have also noticed that a wave of sleepiness washes over me after consuming some grains. I agree about the reduced sense of hunger and cravings and I love that effect! When I eat right, this effect stays with me. When I don't eat right, well . . . Anyway, congratulations on feeling fantastic and thank you again for sharing your experience.

    Hi,

I don't buy the brown rice nori roll. I cook the rice with some saffron or a bay leaf, toast the nori paper by waving it over burner, and then roll it with the brown rice, a little sweet relish, green onion, and seal it with some mustard. I tdon't cut it in rounds because the brown rice generally does not hold together to well. It's kind of a nori egg roll. But it fills me up and stays with me. I think it is the seaweed.

If you buy the nori paper, you can get creative with your fillings. Have fun.
