Long Weekend Reboot

Hi all,
Wondering how capable of exercise you feel on the 3 day reboot? I'd like to do the 5 day when things calm down a bit, but I just moved in with my fiance and the 5 days just won't work until I'm bit more settled. I'm also training to run a full 5k so I'm jogging 3 days a week and cross-training the others. Wondering how the 3 day juicing would affect that? Seems to be lots of nutrition still, I may just miss out on the protein?
