Change in Diet and Symptoms

Hey! So...I have a question for yall... I am generally "ok" with maintaining a pcos friendly diet (at least one that works for me and recommended by my endo) though the last couple of months have been rough and so i went full blown on it again july 5.
Problem is...I've lost 10ish lbs in 10 days and about every other day am pretty sick to my stomach. The thing is its primarily in the middle of the night. I'm trying to see if its dairy, new food, or what...but i was wondering if anyone has ever had a hard time transitioning...??? CRAZY thing...I feel soo much better in every other regard!
