What are your macros set at?

I have been stuck in the same weight range for a few weeks now, and I am starting to believe I'm not doing something right. I am exclusively breastfeeding my 3 month old son, and he is growing like a champ. I have added exercise to 9 of my last 10 days- from Jilliam Michael's No More Trouble Zones to actually jogging 4 or more miles. I eat 500 additional calories for baby boy, and I also est my exercise calories unless it's an absurd amount. Oh, and I am eating 1410 for me. I'm 5'4" and weigh 157- about 13 pounds away from my prepregnancy weight from baby #2... But I'm still 30 pounds away from my pre-baby days weight.
Anyway, I've heard breastmilk is 55% fat, 35% carbs, and 10% protein, and that a nursing mom should eat a similar ratio. Right now, I'm doing 55% carbs, 30% fat, and 15% protein. Should I change? Has eating more fat than carbs helped anyone? Is that enough protein if I'm exercising, too?
Thanks in advance for your help!

My macros are protein & fat 30% and carbs 40%. The higher protein and fat took getting used to in my meal planning but now I'm ok with it. I have found it helps me from being so snacky.
No advice on calorie levels. I did decrease the amount for BF at 6 and 11months. It could also be your exercise calories aren't accurate so you are eating more extra than you need to.
if you just started exercising, it could be your body adjusting. When I started weight training, my weight didn't change for over a month and then one day I dropped 5 lbs.
I would try adjusting macros before calories.0
