Mini Goal For the Week!

Well I finally found a dress i LOVE but it doesn't love my body as much! The whole weight loss thing is so overwhelming- so I am breaking it up. My mini goals for the week is to drink 2 liters of water daily. I will let you guys know how It went next monday with my next weigh in. What are your mini goals for the week?

Mini Goal - love your idea! I will build on yours - my mini goal is to drink 2 liters of water too, but after reviewing my food diary for the week, my other mini goal is to cut out alcohol for one week. I can see that at night, a glass of wine or a beer is bumping my calories up by 100-150 (and sometimes bumping me over!) Since I didn't lose any weight this week, I am going to try cutting out alcohol for a week and maybe some other unnecessary calories too. Will let you know!0

i am going to try your mini goal as well.....
and add in at least 3 days a week of exercise.....

I guess I am kind of late for this weeks goal... But I did have a goal that I made on Tues. My goal was to exercise more, since I was away all long weekend I failed to workout Fri, Sat, Sun, and Mon. I got in a workout Tues, Wed, Thurs and will get one in tomorrow and Friday.
Next week I will step it up to get in AT LEAST 6 workouts and AVOID unhealthy after dinner snacking, it can only be a healthy choice and 100-200 cal MAX0 -
I like this mini goal so i am adding to it even though its old. My mini goal is at least 6 workouts. and my 65 oz of water a day. I've been really slacking on water lately. time to step it up0
