Ready to quit

Okay so before work today I scooped out the last of my herbalife vanilla shake mix and thought to myself, "maybe I will quit" . I have enough for both meals today and can buy more, but I am really questioning whether I should give up. I am terribly stressed right now because my husband was laid off a couple weeks ago. I have been using the shakes but gained 3 lbs because I am eating crap other times. I am so fed up witj everything and I am sure it is just stress. Is there any sense to staying on herbalife or any diet right now?

Even if you don't stay on the Herbalife program (shakes, teas and supplements) don't give up. You owe it to yourself to be healthy and happy, no matter what else may be going on around you. Seeing progress in the mirror and on the scale can only help your state of mind not to mention, exercise is a great stress reliever! Stay positive - you can do this!0

I agree with twiglips! There are other ways to stay healthy and lose weight outside of Herbalife. Just take care of yourself and your family!! Sending prayers your way!!!:flowerforyou:0

Don't quit your your lifestyle make over. I quit smoking in March so I quit dieting now I have to drop another 37 lbs. (like I didn't have enough to lose) I have stopped using Herbalife altogether - just not in the budget and it's not real (my opinion only). I am eating whole fresh foods in proportion sizes - not adding any salt or fats to anything - no breads or sugars. I have dropped 12 lbs in the last week and a half and I have cheated (very little). I am eating Meat (nothing processed), Fish, Seafood and Egg Whites, Veggies, Fruit and Carbs (like: potatoes, sweet potatoes, Rice, Jicama, etc.). I feel like I am finally doing the right thing for my body. It will take awhile but thats okay because I didn't become this way over night and I have been feeling great - so far better than any "diet" I've been on. I also believe using whole foods is far more cost effective - takes a little more planning and creativity but that's okay too.0
